The Snack Series

The Snack Series is a 3-part mini series that focuses on quick, easy, tasty, no cook recipes.

These short episodes and simple recipes have been designed for beginners (as well as all skill levels) so that they explore and practice some basic cooking skills and develop their confidence and interest in the kitchen.

You will need:

  • 1 cup dried apricots

  • 2/3 cup desiccated coconut (+ 1/3 extra for rolling)

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

  • 1 tbsp honey
