The Lunchbox Series

You will need:

  • Crackers (such as vita wheats, cruskets etc.)

  • Cracker toppings (we have used Vegemite & cheese, but you could substitute for butter and Vegemite, jam & butter, cheese & tomato etc.)

  • Apple & blueberries (or fruit of choice)

  • Hommus/dip of choice (we have 3 dip recipes in our Little Hearts Love to Cook recipe E-book which you can find here.)

  • Carrot sticks & qukes (mini cucumbers)

  • Rice crackers

  • Plain salted popcorn

You will need:

  • For the wrap: tortilla, mayonnaise, avocado, cheddar cheese, fresh spinach, salt & pepper

  • Yoghurt (I used Greek) and some fresh berries

  • Small carrot & snow peas

  • Mandarin (or fruit of choice)

  • Oat slice (or baked good of choice - we used Carmen's Oat & Coconut Slice - nut free) *Check out our FREE 'Lunchbox Love' PDF here for some great baked good recipes!

You will need:

  • For the sandwich: 2 x slices bread, cranberry sauce (supermarket), sliced turkey breast (deli), Jarlsberg cheese (supermarket), lettuce/spinach/alfalfa sprouts

  • 1 celery stick

  • Cream cheese

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Fresh strawberries, blueberries and banana

  • Pretzels
