It’s time to fix those busy mornings! The Breakfast Series is a 3 episode mini series which teaches kids/tweens/teens (and let’s be honest, adults too!) how to prepare delicious, simple, QUICK on-the-go breakfasts so that they have something to enjoy as they’re running out the door.

Eating a delicious, nourishing breakfast is SO important as it gives us the energy to enjoy all the things we do each day!

So, what are you waiting for? Set this video up in front of your kids/tweens/teens and I’ll do the rest of the work.

You will need:

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp natural/Greek yoghurt

  • 1/4 cup milk of choice

  • handful mixed frozen berries

Maple Berry Overnight Oats

Banana, Blueberry & Oat Brekkie Slice

You will need:

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1 1/2 cup almond meal

  • 1 cup desiccated coconut

  • 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 200g banana (the more ripe they are the better), peeled

  • 1 egg

  • 50g unsalted butter

  • 1/3 cup honey

  • 3/4 cup frozen blueberries

Mini Ham, Cheese & Spinach Quiches

You will need:

  • 6 mountain bread wraps

  • 110g ham

  • 1/2 cup spinach leaves

  • 10 eggs

  • 100g grated cheddar cheese

  • Salt & pepper

  • Optional: 2 tbsp fresh herbs such as parsley, thyme, tarragon, chives, basil etc.
