INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla extract/paste
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp natural/Greek yoghurt
1/4 cup milk of choice
small handful mixed frozen berries
DIRECTIONS
In a small jar or bowl, combine the rolled oats and chia seeds.
Add the vanilla extract, maple syrup, Greek yoghurt and milk and stir to combine.
Taste to check for sweetness - if you'd like it sweeter, add 1 tsp more maple syrup and taste again. If not - leave as it.
Sprinkle the frozen berries over the top.
Cover the jar or bowl with a tight-fitting lid and place in the fridge overnight ready to eat the next morning!
The next morning:
Remove the overnight oats from the fridge and enjoy on-the-go!
Optional: sprinkle some toasted muesli or nuts on top!
